Einmal wird es doch klappen....

My computer is broken, so I got another one, just to go in the internet...somehow, I can not post with that computer, or is it Blogger, that blocks?

Anyway, this card is with PTI stamps for the last week's challenge of Stempelhuehnerhof - Rose/Grey.... I had no nice grey and so I took black and stamp it first on a scrap paper - making the colour weak - let's call it anthrazit now... ;-)

Edit: I found out what is the problem, that I can not publish on my blog. The new Internet Explorer 9 has a problem with Blogger... so I chose another browser and it works now!

Mein Computer ist krank, deswegen arbeite ich im Moment mit einem Ersatzcomputer. Aus irgend einem Grund kann ich jetzt nicht mehr posten - ich weiss nicht, ists der Computer oder blockt Blogger?

Auf jeden Fall ist diese Karte fuer das SI von letzter Woche - Grau/Rosa mit einem PTI Stempelset. Da ich kein richtiges Grau hatte, hab ich schwarz genommen und einmal auf Schmierpapier gestempelt und so die Farbe abgeschwaecht. Man koennte es jetzt anthrazit nennen, oder? ;-)

Edit: Zur Info, falls euch was Aehnliches passiert! - Nach einigem Suchen, fand ich bei Blogger ein Seite, auf der von einem Problem mit dem neuen Internet Explorer 9 und Blogger berichtet wurde. Dabei kann man seine Posts nicht veroeffentlichen (Bilder hochladen, Kommentieren hat ja alles funktioniert, lediglich 'publish' nicht) Nachdem ich jetzt einen neuen Browser gewaehlt habe, funzt es wieder!

19 Amazing Years...

19 amazing year with my husband - sometimes I can't believe it is that long!! 19 years of love and no regrets... we know we have stong winds ahead, but we know also, that together we are stong!

19 Jahre sind wir verheiratet - manchmal kann ich es nicht glauben, dass es schon so lange ist! 19 Jahre voller Liebe ... wir wissen wir haben harte Zeiten vor uns, aber wir wissen auch, dass wir zusammen stark sind!

Just a short note...

Just a short note, with a card, that already received the receiver. It was made out of 'leftovers' that were on my desk and just kind of fell together... Stamps are from PTI(BG), WMS(quote) and ...mmh forgot the birdhouse.... getting old, or what??? *sight*

Nur ganz schnell mal wieder eine Karte von mir. Diese Karte hat den Empfaenger laengst erreicht... sie wurde aus Resten, die auf meinem Schreibtisch noch lagen gemacht. Der HG von PTI und der Spruch von WMS und...mmh... das Vogelhaus hab ich vergessen. Ich glaub ich werde alt!?!? *seufz*

Christmas in July

At Stempelhuehnerhof the thread for this month Christmas cards is opended and this is my card for it. I used the postage set von PTI - it is very versatile, no regrets for this investment ;-)

... and on another side note... I got also honored at WMS, with the 'Top Mouse' at their sketch challenge - thank you ladies for chosing me - I really love this sketch challenge!!

Im Stempelhuehnerhof geht es auch diesen Monat mit der Weihnachtskarten das ganze Jahr-Herausforderung weiter! Dies ist meine Karte dafuer mit dem postage-set von PTI, dass kann man wirklich sehr vielfaeltig einsetzten, eine Investition, die sich gelohnt hat LOL!

... ausserdem wurde ich diese Woche in der Sketch challenge von WaltzingMouse mit der TOP MOUSE ausgezeichnet... danke Ladies, dass ihr euch fuer mich entschieden habt, die Sketch Challenge ist wirklich eine tolle Herausforderung, bei der ich gerne mitmache!

The Royal Photographer and PTI

Hop over to Stempelhuehnerhof to see the nice pic of the 'Hoffotograf' ... I took the colors as an inspiration for this card. The stamp set I used (Modern Basics) is from PTI and I love to play with it, because it is full of possibilities - it keeps your creative mind just running!!

Also, I wanted to let you know that THIS card with the postmark stamp set from PTI was awarded at 'A Passion for Paper Trey' ... thanks girls for chosing my card!

Beim Hoffotograf des Stempelhuehnerhofes gabs ein tolles Foto von Daisy. Durch die Farben inspiriert habe ich diese Karte mit dem Set -Modern Basics von PTI gemacht. Das Set ist soooo klasse, damit kann man toll spielen und variieren.

... und dann wollte ich euch noch sagen, das DIESE meine KARTE ausgezeichnet wurde auf dem Blog von 'A Passion for Papertrey' *stolz bin* - Danke Ladies dort fuer die Anerkennung dort.

WMS Sketch and Summer

Since I was in a summer stamping mood yesterday, I took the sketch of WMS and made another card. The technique for the surf board is the same than yesterday with the flowers - really fun!!

Stamps are from WMS - this set is soooo yummy, the only problem is, that I have not enough males to give cards to LOL Have a great summer weekend!!

Da ich gestern in einer Sommer Stempel Laune war, habe ich mir noch den Sketch von WMS vorgenommen und gleich noch eine Karte gemacht!! Die Technik fuer die Surfboards ist die Gleiche wie bei den Blumen gestern. Das Set von WMS ist sooooo klasse - ich mag wahnsinig gerne damit arbeiten, das einizigste Problem ist, dass ich nicht genuegen maennliche Kartenabnehmer habe LOL Wuensch euch ein tolles Sommerwochenende!

SI - Summer

This week the challenge at Stempelhuehnerhof is simply 'summer' - that leaves us with a loooot of great possibilities... for my first card, I chose flowers and colors.... I pressed different ink pads on a big blog (or smooth surface) and then spritzed some water on it and pressed the stamp into the color. The result is always a surprise and mostly a good one! Come back for a second summer card tomorrow - until then, have a nice evening and a good start in the weekend!


Diese Woche heisst die Herausforderung bei den Stempelhuehnern 'Sommer' - damit stehen einem vieeeeele Moeglichkeiten offen! Meine erste Karte wurde dann in dem Gedanken an Blumen und Farben gestempelt. Dazu habe ich auf einen Stempelblock (oder auf eine glatte Oberflaeche) Stempelkissen in verschiedenen Farben abgedrueckt und dann mit Wasser bespritzt. Dann einfach den Stempel auf die Farbe druecken und so bekommt man verschiedenfarbige Flaechen - es ist jedesmal ein neue Ueberraschung und sieht meist klasse aus! Morgen hab ich noch eine zweite Sommerkarte - bis dahin, geniesst den Feierabend und das Wochenende!

Another CASE

Another CASE from the SI Gallerie at Stempelhuehnerhof. This time it ist THIS CARD of Basteltinchen . For my card I used stamp sets from PTI and added some buttons, the flowers are on 3D pads.... the panel with the flowers has a black panel underneath, because I messed the black frame *oops*... but it still works, doesn't it?


Das ist meine 2. CASE Karte fuer das SI im Stempelhuehnerhof. Diese Karte von Basteltinchen wurde dabei ge-CASE-d. Dafuer wurden Stempelsets von PTI benuetzt und die Blumen haben noch Knoepfe bekommen und sind auf 3D Pads gesetzt worden. Leider habe ich mich beim Rahmen verzeichnet und so musste ich es mit deiner Lage schwarzen Papier wett machen.... geht aber auch, oder?

SI - CASE

At Stempelhuehnerhof the callenge of today is, to CASE (Copy and share everything) a card from our gallerie of SI. The gallerie is full of nice samples and it was quite difficult for me to make a choice! Here you find a card of Herbsti - she used this interesting technique from HA and I wanted to try it out as well. I kept the layout, but used different stamps and colors, as well as I added a tag and rounded a corner. The text is from Flamingo Arts and white embossed, then the Linen stamp from Stamping Duck is used as well as some sponging. Then I used PTI stamps and die cut for the flowers and tag. Some half beat were added. I enoyed so much going through the gallerie... will show you tomorrow another card that I CASE-ed... until then, enjoy your weekend.

Auf dem Stempelhuehnerhof heisst es heute im SI eine Karte aus dem SI Alben zu 'CASE'-en. CASE bedeuted Copy And Share Everything (Kopiere und teile alles), man sollte also eine der tollen Karten aus den Alben als Vorlage nehmen und schreiben von wem sie ist und was man veraendert hat oder nicht. Hier habe ich eine Karte von Herbsti genommen mit einer tollen Technik von HA. Zuerst habe ich den Textstempel von Flamingo Arts gestempelt und mit Weiss embossed, dann mit dem Leinenstempel von Stamping Duck drueber gestempelt und ein wenig gewischt um die Schrift hervorzuheben. Dann wurden mittels dieser Technik(Link s.o.) die Blumen von PTI aufgestempelt und das Band mit dem Tag (PTI) angebracht, sowie noch ein paar Halbperlen aufgeklebt. Es hat Spass gemacht und morgen zeige ich noch eine zweite Karte. Bis dahin wuensche ich euch ein schoenes Stempelwochenende

Waltz along...

It is the 17th of the month, time for a blogwalz at WaltzingMouse Stamps. The challenge today is 'Americana' ... that was a difficult one for me. Beeing a German, living in Egypt, studing Chinese Medicine - where is there America??? Toooo many countries in the game here already LOL.

Some of the ladies at the forum at WMS suggested a color theme... red, white and blue - that really helped me out - thank you ladies!! So here my card - the birds, leaves and quote are from Teeny Trees Set of WMS (my favourite, favourite, favourite!) and the stamp frames from PTI. The panel with the stamps is on 3D pads. Thanks for walzing by - now I am going to hop over to your side .... see you there!

Earth

At the 'A Passion for Paper Trey' the challenge is to make a card with one of the elements (meaning earth, fire, water or air). Since I got those 'Postmark' stamps from PTI and was happily playing around, I created this card - all in earth tones (brown). It is a One Layer Card... was not realy intended so, it just happend and I liked it, so I decided to keep it simple. Enjoy your day.
Bei 'A Passion for Paper Trey' heisst die Herausforderung, eine Karte mit einem der Elemente zu machen (Wasser, Feuer, Erde, Luft). Da ich sowieso mit den neuen PTI Stempeln (Postmark) spielte kam diese Karte zustande - alles in Braun-/Erdtoenen. Eine One Layer Card - das ist einfach so passiert und da mir das Ergebnis gefiel, hab ich es bei der Einfachheit belassen. Wunesch euch noch einen schoenen Tag...

Post - Stamps

I just loved this set from PTI with the stamps. It is great to create you own stamps - and make a postage theme on you card, isn't it? My father is a stamp collecter and when we were young, we also collected stamp. At that time it was not for the value of a stamp - it was for the colour, the fascination of a little picture on something little as a stamp. This fascination is still there - and I loved creating this card with colourful stamps. Hope you have a creative day...

Dieses Set von PTI ueber Post/ Briefmarken musste ich einfach haben. Es macht unheimlich Spass, seine eigenen Briefmarken herzustellen! Mein Vater ist ein grosser Briefmarkensammler und als ich ein Kinder war habe auch ich Briefmarken gesammelt! Es ging dabei nicht um den Wert, vielmehr waren wir als Kinder fasziniert von den Farben und Motiven, auf so etwas Kleinem wie eine Briefmarke. Diese Faszination ist geblieben und so hatte ich total Spass meine eigenen farbigen Briefmarken zu erstellen. Wuensche euch einen kreativen Tag....

A second card, with the rest of the Paisley pattern, that I stamped for the last card. Hope the receiver will like it - inside is an Happy Birthday stamped. No.-dies from PTI, as well as the quotes.
Hier noch eine zweite Karte mit Paisley Muster, den Rest, der von der letzten Karte ueber war. Ich hoffe mal, dass die Karte der Empfaengerin gefallen wird. Innen ist noch ein Happy Birthday gestempelt. Nummernstanzen und Schrift von PTI. Hoffe ihr hattet ein schoenes Pfingstwochenende...

SI - Paisley

At Stempelhuehnerhof the new challenge ist to use Paisley pattern. I got this paisley stamp looooong time ago and can't even remember which company it is from. The quotes are from PTI. Banner has a kind of wave in it and the BG is distressed. Love those buttons, they really make the whole card pop. Have a great weekend!
Im Stempelhuehnerhof heisst das Thema fuer diese Woche 'Paisley'. Schon lange habe ich hier einen Paisley Stempel liegen, so lange, dass ich vergessen habe, von welcher Firma er ist. Die Sprueche sind von PTI und der Banner ist ein wenig gewellt angebracht. Der Paisley HG wurde distressed. Die Knoepfe mussten einfach dazu - die bringen einfach Leben in die Karte, oder?Wuensche euch weiterhin ein stressfreies Wochenende!
